Are you trying to figure out how to fit exercise in a busy schedule? You know that physical activity is an integral part of living a healthy lifestyle, but finding time can be very challenging. If a full itinerary is keeping you from meeting your fitness goals, I encourage you to continue reading.

The Health Department recommends at least 2.5 hours of physical activity each week.  Are you meeting this goal? If not, you are not alone.

We all live such hectic lives, and it is challenging to find ways to fit exercise in a busy schedule.  With work, kids, family, and other obligations, who has time to get to the gym for a workout? It seems like we are always on the go.

After a long day of work, the last thing you probably want to do is pack up, head back out, and make a trip to the gym.  Then you finally make it to the gym, and it’s overcrowded with all the other people who are in the same boat you are.  Well, what if you didn’t have to go to the gym to get a great workout?

How to fit exercise in a busy schedule

I would like to introduce you to an innovative program designed to bring a personal trainer to you.  It’s called Find Your Trainer. With Find Your Trainer, you can work out at home, outside, or the trainer can meet you at the gym if you prefer.

You can schedule your trainer to meet with you when it fits into your busy schedule.  Now you really have no excuse not to work out.

Now let’s take a look at what you can expect from Find Your Trainer and see how you can benefit from having a trainer to workout out with.

Find Your Trainer Benefits

Workout on your schedule
Wouldn’t it be great to have a trainer meet you at home and work out when it’s convenient for you? Having a personal trainer meet you at home on your schedule is such a huge benefit.  You eliminate the need to make a trip to the gym, and this can save you a lot of time.

I have worked out at gyms that were at least a ten-minute drive from my house. Round trip that is at least 20 minutes of drive time, which is nearly half of a workout right there. You can save a lot of time by having a trainer meet you where it is convenient for you.

Find Your Trainer is very accommodating and works with your schedule.

Workout where you want
No judgment, no gawkers, just working out.  You don’t have to worry about what you are wearing, or what other people are thinking about you. With Find Your Trainer, you can focus on exercising, and that’s it.  No trips to the gym (unless you want to), just workout in your own space on your own time.Find your trainer program

Trips to the gym can be very intimidating for people, especially if it’s new for you.  Gyms are often overcrowded with people making it tough to get a good workout. With Find Your Trainer, you can work out at home, outside, or at a gym, it’s up to you.

No equipment needed
Your trainer will bring the exercise equipment to you, so you don’t have to worry about having the right exercise equipment.  You also don’t need to spend a ton of money on equipment and hassle with storing it at your house. With Find Your Trainer, it’s easy to get started working out with no equipment.

It’s not as expensive as you might think
Working out with a personal trainer at your house sounds like it might be costly, but think again.  Starting at $54 per session, when you book 4 sessions, which is about the same as you would pay at most gyms.  Oh, yeah, and they bring all the equipment you need.

When you hire a trainer at the gym, not only do you pay for a gym membership, but you also have to pay for the trainer.  From this standpoint, Find Your Trainer offers a lot of value. It’s easy to get started with a personal trainer in your home and do so when it’s convenient for you.

Help you get started
Maybe you are just getting started working out, or haven’t exercised in a long time.  Part of the job of a personal trainer is to help you get started and point you in the right direction.

A personal trainer can help you define your fitness goals and design a workout plan to help you meet those goals.  You don’t have to go it alone, and with Find Your Trainer, you will have a knowledgeable advocate to help you get where you want to be.

Help keep you motivated
Life is full of ups and downs, and we all have good days and bad days. I know it’s tough sometimes to find the motivation to workout.  With all the things I mentioned earlier that occupy our lives, exercise is not always at the top of the list.

Working out with a trainer can help to keep you motivated to meet your goals.  I know when I have a specific goal and a path to accomplish that goal, I am a lot more motivated.  It can be overwhelming to have a goal, but no plan of attack.  Most likely, you will end up quitting. If you find yourself struggling to meet your fitness goals, a personal trainer can help you stay motivated and get you where you want to be.

Are you still wondering how to fit exercise in a busy schedule?

  1. Hey, Steve,

This sounds really interesting. As a matter of fact, I’ve been looking for alternatives to the gym. I usually go in the evening after work and it’s always crowded. The machines I need are almost always taken and I have to constantly look for ways to substitute my exercises. Not to mention it takes me 30-40 minutes going and returning from the gym every day. It’s a nightmare.

I will look into this program you recommend. It might just be what I need. Thanks for sharing.

  2. This seems like such a fantastic idea! I stay mostly at home, so you’d think I have plenty of time, but I spend most of it working from my recliner. I’m not lazy, per se, it’s just that my work is computer-based; what is great for my brain is not so great for my body. Knowing a personal trainer will be arriving with equipment would definitely motivate me to get up, clear the room a little, and get moving. Since I’m a beginner, it’s unlikely the workout would be too intense, but now I’m motivated to look further into it. Thanks for sharing!

  4. Exercising is so important! Great tips on how to add it into our daily life…I especially love exercising during lunch it nice and everyone should try it out.i would advice you Start with shorter or fewer exercise times. If you’re doing something you enjoy, it will be easy to build on that to create long-term habits. Personally, I prefer doing more workouts that are shorter but fewer workouts that are longer might be better for others. Try various combinations and see what sticks.

    • I agree with you, if you can fit exercise into a lunch break, that is awesome.  I often take a break at lunchtime and I go for a brisk 20-minute walk.  I feel so much better after I get the blood flowing.  Exercise is very important and having a trainer meet you where it’s convenient is such a great option.  Thanks for your comment, I appreciate it.

  5. You see, there are a couple of things that I have noticed about people and this is the fact that they understand the importance of engaging themselves in exercises but then over time, they find that it is very hard to squeeze the time every day within their schedule. The option for a personal trainer is perfect and it comes at a good price too. I will share this with people who I feel will also need this.

  6. Find Your Trainer sounds like a great service. I have been paying a trainer at the gym that I recently joined, and unfortunately I don’t feel like he has helped me become self-sufficient. At least that’s a goal of mine… there are obvious advantages to pairing up with a trainer regularly.

  7. Hey there, thanks for this article!

I can see how this is something that could really help a lot of people. I know a few people who spend a lot of time out or find it difficult to manage their time and energy to include exercise with everything else they do.

When the topic comes up, I believe I may have a good recommendation now. Thanks again 🙂
