Welcome to Building Stronger Bodies

Hello, and thank you for stopping by!  My name is Steve, and I would like to welcome you to my website. This site is devoted to (as the name suggests) building a stronger body. Health and fitness are a big part of my life, but unfortunately so is back pain.

I have been dealing with back problems for many years and have tried all kinds of different approaches to relieve pain, including surgery, shots in my back as well as other things. Some of have worked and some have not.

The thing that seems to help me out the most, and it took me a long time to get to this point, is exercise and living a mostly healthy lifestyle.  Changing some of my habits has been a big part of my transformation too.

Exercise, specifically focusing on core strength, and generally trying to live healthy are critical components to my everyday life and my fight against back pain. Using an inversion table has been one of my go-to treatments as well. I built this website to share my journey and hopefully help others along the way.

With a busy life and two teenagers, finding time to work out can be challenging.  Given that, health and fitness have become a big part of my life. Working out consistently has helped me to improve my overall fitness level and has been especially important in helping ease my back problems.

Through product reviews and exercise routines, my hope is to share my experiences, both good and bad and help other people live a healthy lifestyle and maybe even prevent back pain.

Not all of the products I review are directly related to back pain, but living a healthy lifestyle and exercising regularly have gone a long way to helping me build a stronger body. A few reviews you might want to check out:
